Deliver quality education.
Follow approved lesson plans.
Complete assigned batches unless otherwise approved.
Users shall not:
Use SPEAXA for illegal activities.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive or offensive content.
Harass or intimidate other users.
Share inappropriate images, videos or messages.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Use bots, scripts or automated tools without authorization.
Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform.
Disrupt classes or platform services.
Participants shall:
Join classes using their registered identity.
Maintain appropriate behaviour.
Use respectful language.
Keep audio and video appropriate when enabled.
Follow teacher instructions.
Avoid recording classes without permission.
Avoid sharing meeting links with unauthorized persons.
SPEAXA reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment.
All intellectual property associated with SPEAXA, including but not limited to:
Platform design.
Software.
Mobile applications.
Website.
Logos.
Trademarks.
Course content.
Lesson plans.
Videos.
Recorded classes.
Presentations.
Assessments.
Question banks.
Study material.
Graphics.
Audio content.
Documents.
Teaching methodologies.
shall remain the exclusive property of SPEAXA or its licensors.
Users shall not:
Copy.
Download (except where permitted).
Reproduce.
Modify.
Publish.
Distribute.
Sell.
License.
Commercially exploit.
any SPEAXA content without prior written permission.
Where users upload assignments, projects or other content:
Users retain ownership of their original work.
Users grant SPEAXA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and use such content solely for providing educational services, assessment, quality assurance and platform improvement.
Users confirm that they have the necessary rights to upload such content.
Users acknowledge that:
SPEAXA aims to provide reliable services.
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Technical interruptions may occur.
Internet connectivity is outside SPEAXA's control.
SPEAXA does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
