(Academic Delivery, Teaching Standards, Batch Management & Student Engagement)
The Teacher agrees that:
A batch shall be deemed accepted once assigned through the SPEAXA Platform or accepted by the Teacher.
The Teacher shall carefully review the batch details before acceptance.
Acceptance of a batch constitutes a commitment to complete the entire programme.
The Teacher shall not withdraw from an accepted batch except with prior written approval from SPEAXA.
The Teacher shall remain available for orientation meetings before commencement of the batch.
The Teacher shall coordinate with the Academic Team regarding any operational requirements.
The Teacher expressly agrees that:
Every accepted batch must be completed.
The Teacher shall not discontinue teaching midway.
The Teacher shall not abandon any batch for personal, professional or financial reasons.
Even if only one (1) student remains enrolled, the Teacher shall continue teaching until completion of the approved syllabus or module.
A batch may only be discontinued upon written approval of SPEAXA.
Failure to complete an assigned batch may result in suspension, withholding of payments, removal from future batches or termination of this Agreement.
The Teacher understands and agrees that:
Student admissions depend upon market demand.
Batch creation depends upon student enrolments.
SPEAXA does not guarantee any minimum number of students.
SPEAXA does not guarantee any minimum number of batches.
SPEAXA does not guarantee any fixed monthly income.
Batch commencement dates may change.
Batch timings may change.
Batch size may increase or decrease.
Subjects offered may change depending upon demand.
Teachers shall remain flexible regarding scheduling.
Before commencement of every batch, the Teacher shall prepare and submit:
Batch Plan.
Module Plan.
Chapter-wise Plan.
Day-wise Lesson Plan.
Weekly Teaching Schedule.
Monthly Teaching Schedule, wherever applicable.
Learning Objectives.
Expected Learning Outcomes.
Assignment Plan.
Assessment Plan.
Revision Schedule.
Test Schedule.
Doubt Session Plan.
The Teacher further agrees that:
The complete plan shall be submitted in PDF format.
The document shall be typed or neatly handwritten.
Illegible documents shall not be accepted.
No batch shall commence without submission of the plan.
SPEAXA may seek modifications before approval.
Teaching shall follow only the approved academic plan.
Any deviation shall require prior approval from SPEAXA.
Before every class, the Teacher shall:
Study the topic thoroughly.
Prepare examples.
Prepare illustrations.
Prepare diagrams.
Prepare practical applications.
Prepare assignments.
Prepare classroom activities.
Review the previous class.
Anticipate likely student doubts.
Ensure all digital teaching material is ready before class.
Every class shall:
Begin on time.
Follow the approved lesson plan.
Clearly explain learning objectives.
Build concepts progressively.
Encourage discussion.
Promote analytical thinking.
Promote logical reasoning.
Encourage independent thinking.
Include revision of previous concepts.
End with a summary of key learning points.
The Teacher shall never:
Read directly from textbooks throughout the class.
Dictate notes without explanation.
Teach mechanically.
Rush through the syllabus merely to complete chapters.
Ignore weaker students.
The Teacher shall:
Teach concepts before formulas.
Explain the logic behind every concept.
Relate topics to real-life situations.
Explain why concepts are important.
Encourage questioning.
Promote application-based learning.
Build confidence before increasing complexity.
Ensure students understand rather than memorize.
The Teacher shall possess adequate knowledge of the applicable Board, including:
Curriculum objectives.
Examination pattern.
Competency-based questions.
Marking scheme.
Answer writing methodology.
Time management strategies.
Previous year question trends.
Common mistakes made by students.
Methods to improve examination scores.
The Teacher shall tailor teaching accordingly.
Every class shall include:
Student participation.
Indirect questioning.
Concept checking.
Mini quizzes.
Rapid recall exercises.
Polls, wherever applicable.
Problem-solving activities.
Doubt resolution.
Peer discussion, wherever appropriate.
Student presentations, wherever feasible.
The Teacher shall actively involve:
Quiet students.
Weak students.
Average performers.
High achievers.
The Teacher shall:
Give regular assignments.
Ensure assignments match classroom learning.
Maintain appropriate difficulty levels.
Check every assignment.
Provide constructive feedback.
Explain common mistakes.
Encourage improvement.
Track assignment completion.
The Teacher shall conduct:
Chapter tests.
Topic quizzes.
Practice exercises.
Mock examinations.
Revision tests.
Oral assessments, wherever appropriate.
Surprise assessments, where beneficial.
The Teacher shall:
Evaluate fairly.

The Teacher shall evaluate every student on parameters including:

Attention.
Participation.
Confidence.
Conceptual understanding.

Observations shall be entered on the SPEAXA Dashboard within the prescribed timeline.
The Teacher shall regularly update:
Attendance.
Assignment status.
Curiosity score.
Participation score.
Attention score.
Understanding score.
Behaviour observations.
Strengths.
Weaknesses.
Teacher remarks.
Improvement suggestions.
The Teacher acknowledges that these updates form an important communication tool between SPEAXA and parents.
The Teacher shall periodically conduct:
Doubt-clearing sessions.
Revision sessions.
Motivation sessions.
Academic counselling.
Study planning discussions.
Examination strategy sessions.
Parent interaction sessions, when directed by SPEAXA.
The Teacher shall encourage students to:
Ask questions.
Express concerns.
Develop confidence.
Improve study habits.
Learn independently.
The Teacher shall:
Join every class at least ten (10) minutes before commencement.
Test all technical equipment before class.
Maintain attendance records.
Inform SPEAXA immediately in case of unavoidable absence.
Arrange an approved substitute only with SPEAXA's prior approval.
Avoid repeated cancellations or rescheduling.
The Teacher shall ensure:
Stable internet connectivity.
Clear audio.
Proper lighting.
Professional attire.
Clean background.
Camera positioned at eye level.
Proper visibility of whiteboard or digital board.
Noise-free teaching environment.
No interruptions during class.
The Teacher agrees that:
SPEAXA may record any live class.
Recordings shall remain the property of SPEAXA.
Teachers shall cooperate in recording requirements.
Teachers shall not object to quality monitoring.
Teachers shall maintain all academic records required by SPEAXA.
Teachers shall preserve class notes and assessment records whenever required.
The Teacher shall comply with:
