By making any payment to SPEAXA, the User agrees to this Policy.
SPEAXA invests substantial resources in:

Every payment made to SPEAXA is treated as a commitment towards the selected educational programme.
Users are encouraged to review programme details carefully before making any payment.

A student's decision to discontinue, postpone or not utilise a purchased programme shall not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including, where appropriate:
Duplicate payment for the same programme.
Payment made due to a demonstrable technical error.
Payment processed more than once for a single transaction.
Programme cancellation by SPEAXA without offering a reasonable alternative.
Any other exceptional circumstance determined by SPEAXA Management.
The existence of an exceptional circumstance does not automatically entitle a User to a refund. Each request shall be evaluated individually.
Users seeking a refund shall:
Submit a written request through SPEAXA's official support channel.
Provide the registered name and contact details.
Provide transaction details.
State the reason for the refund request.
Submit any supporting documents reasonably requested by SPEAXA.
Cooperate during the review process.
Refund requests shall not be processed automatically through:
The Website.
Android Application.
iOS Application.
Payment Gateway.
Student Dashboard.
Every refund request shall be:

Examined on its own facts.
Evaluated based on supporting evidence.

SPEAXA may:

Reject the request.

The User acknowledges that:
Refund decisions involve academic, administrative and commercial considerations.
No automated approval process exists.

SPEAXA Management reserves the right to determine whether the circumstances justify a refund.
The decision of SPEAXA Management shall be communicated to the User and shall be final, subject to the User's rights under applicable law.
Where a User voluntarily cancels:
After enrolment.
After admission confirmation.
After batch allocation.
After commencement of classes.
Due to change of personal circumstances.
Due to relocation.
Due to schedule conflicts.
Due to lack of participation.
such cancellation shall not automatically entitle the User to any refund.
SPEAXA reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel a programme due to:
Insufficient enrolments.
Faculty unavailability.
Force majeure events.
Technical reasons.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Operational considerations.
Where appropriate, SPEAXA may, at its discretion:
Offer a replacement batch.
Offer an alternative programme.
Offer rescheduling.
Offer service credit.
Consider a refund where no reasonable alternative is available.
Where a payment fails:
Registration shall not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
Users should contact their bank or payment provider if funds have been debited without confirmation.
SPEAXA shall reasonably cooperate in resolving genuine payment issues.
Users agree that:
Chargebacks should not be initiated without first contacting SPEAXA.
SPEAXA reserves the right to contest unjustified chargebacks.

Scholarships, discounts, coupons and promotional offers:

Individual success depends on multiple factors, including attendance, participation, effort, prior preparation and consistent practice.
