shall, to the extent created for or as part of services provided to SPEAXA and subject to applicable law, belong exclusively to SPEAXA.
Teachers acknowledge that such material forms part of SPEAXA's academic assets and may be modified, reused, translated, updated or commercialised by SPEAXA without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Every live class conducted through SPEAXA, including:

Audio
Whiteboard Sessions
Presentations
Chat Discussions
Screen Sharing
Teaching Demonstrations
Academic Discussions
shall constitute educational content owned or licensed for use by SPEAXA in accordance with applicable agreements.
SPEAXA may use such recordings for:
Student Revision
Teacher Training
Academic Quality Assurance
Internal Audits
Research and Development
Future Educational Programmes
Platform Improvement
SPEAXA grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access educational content solely for their personal educational use.
This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Without prior written permission from SPEAXA, users shall not:
Copy.
Reproduce.
Modify.
Translate.
Adapt.
Distribute.
Publish.
Broadcast.
Sell.
Resell.
License.
Rent.
Lease.
Upload.
Share.
Mirror.

Commercially exploit.
any SPEAXA content.
Users shall not:
Screen record classes.
Audio record sessions.
Video record lectures.
Capture screenshots for public distribution.
Download recorded lectures through unauthorised means.
Share recordings with third parties.
Upload SPEAXA content to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, Dropbox or any other public or private sharing platform without written permission.
Without prior written approval from SPEAXA, users shall not:
Use SPEAXA content to train Artificial Intelligence models.
Use recordings to develop educational AI systems.
Extract datasets for machine learning.
Create derivative AI products using SPEAXA content.
Generate commercial educational products using SPEAXA materials.
This restriction applies whether the activity is undertaken manually or through automated tools.
Students retain ownership of assignments, projects and original academic work created by them.
However, by submitting such work through SPEAXA, students grant SPEAXA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and process the work solely for:
Academic assessment.
Quality assurance.
Educational improvement.
Internal training.
Platform enhancement.
Research in anonymised or aggregated form where appropriate.
Suggestions, ideas, recommendations and feedback voluntarily provided to SPEAXA may be used by SPEAXA to improve its services without any obligation to provide compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where SPEAXA incorporates open-source software, such software shall remain subject to its respective licence terms.
Nothing in this Policy overrides the rights or obligations applicable to third-party open-source components.
Third-party materials displayed on the SPEAXA Platform remain the property of their respective owners.
Users shall comply with all applicable intellectual property rights relating to such content.
Any person who believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed may submit a written complaint to SPEAXA including:

Nature of the alleged infringement.
Supporting evidence.

SPEAXA may investigate such complaints and take appropriate action where warranted.
Where SPEAXA identifies unauthorised use of its intellectual property, it may take appropriate measures, including:

By using the SPEAXA Platform, every user acknowledges that:

SPEAXA owns or lawfully licenses the intellectual property made available through the Platform.
They will not misuse, copy or commercially exploit SPEAXA's intellectual property without prior written authorisation.
Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, termination and legal action where appropriate.
