Verified incidents may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of access.
Users shall not:
Record classes without permission.
Share class recordings.
Share meeting credentials.
Upload viruses or malicious software.
Attempt unauthorised access.
Reverse engineer the Platform.
Misuse another person's account.
Interfere with platform operations.
Circumvent security measures.
Use SPEAXA for unlawful purposes.
Users shall exercise responsibility when referring to SPEAXA online.
Users shall not:

Defame teachers, students or staff.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to prevent lawful expression of opinions or rights protected under applicable law.
Users shall respect the privacy of all participants.
Accordingly, users shall not:
Publish another person's contact details.
Share screenshots without permission.
Disclose private conversations.
Share personal academic records of others.
Upload another person's photograph without appropriate authorisation.
Depending upon the seriousness of a violation, SPEAXA may:
Issue a warning.
Remove inappropriate content.
Restrict access to certain features.
Suspend an account.
Terminate access.
Cancel participation in programmes.
Report unlawful activities to competent authorities where required.
Disciplinary measures will generally be proportionate to the nature and severity of the conduct.
